What are the shipping costs for my order?

The shipping cost will vary based on the package weight and dimensions, the selected shipping carrier and your delivery destination. 

Free shipping in France for all orders over 49€. A participation of 4,50€ will be charged on orders under 49€. Your order will be delivered with Mondial Relay to your Pick up point.

You may choose home delivery with Colissimo (France: 6,50€) or UPS (France: 9€).

The shipping costs will be shown in your order sheet before your confirmation.

How long does it take for the delivery my order ?

Orders are generally prepared within 48 hours (2 business days) of purchase. In France with Colissimo, you'll receive your order within 48 hours (2 business days). With Mondial Relay your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days to your pick up point. With UPS your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. For international shipping, please refer to our shipping page.

What are the different methods of payment at l'Officina?

L'Officina offers multiple payment options: credit and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express..), Apple Pay, PayPal, Bancontact or bank transfer.

Secure Payment with CREDIT CARD

Once you'll have selected the this payment method you will be directed to the secure PayPlug website to proceed with the payment. All transactions are secured over HTTPS/TLS, and data is protected with RSA encryption.

PayPlug is PCI DSS Service Provider Level 2 certified.

We make use of 3D secure, an extra level of security during the purchasing process.

Secure APPLE PAY Payment 

L'Officina accepts Apple Pay as your payment method on our online shop.

Apple Pay allows you to make secure purchases online with no physical card. If you own an Apple device, you should be able to use Apple Pay/Wallet to confirm your order. You can easily and securely shop on your Mac in Safari using Apple Pay.

Look for Apple Pay when you check out, then complete your purchase using your Mac with Touch ID, iPhone (iOS 10 or later), or Apple Watch (watchOS 3 or later).

This secure payment method is a standard application on payment cards issued by Belgian banks. With the help of the card number and the expiry date on the payment card you can easily make a payment. Via the so-called 'digipas' you approve Bancontact / Mister Cash payments via your own trusted banking environment.

Bank Wire Transfer

Your order may also be paid by bank wire transfer. Once your order confirmed you will receive bank wire details by email. (process is longer)

How can I modify or cancel my order ?

Please send us an email to HELLO@OFFICINA-PARIS.FR for any requests to change or cancel your order. We may respond to your cancellation/modification request as long as your order has not yet been prepared and shipped.

What if there is an error with my order?

If once you receive your order, you believe there is an error (for example, wrong item or missing item) please contact us within 48 hours.

How do I return my order ?

You can return a product to us within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, protective film, and any seals). Return shipping costs are at your own expense, using your local postal service or courier.

Return procedure:

1. Contact our customer service at HELLO@OFFICINA-PARIS.FR, specifying your order reference and the product(s) you wish to return.

2 You will receive an email with a return form and instructions.

3. Send the product(s) together with the return form back to us (return shipping costs at your expense).

After verification of the returned product, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 30 days, with a possible deduction of the initial shipping cost.

Refusal of the parcel at delivery:

If you choose to refuse the parcel as part of a retraction, return shipping costs remain at your charge and will be deducted from the refund, even if the initial shipping was free.

GIFT WRAPPING

At l'Officina we like to think each order on our website as a gift, for oneself or someone else. That’s why you may add a gift wrapping to your order. The lovely "liberty" cotton pouch is perfect to create custom gifts featuring your choice of organic and natural cosmetics.
