For deliveries outside the European zone and the French overseas territories, the package may be subject to possible customs duties.

Shipping Zones – Geographical Restrictions

The carriers offered at checkout provide delivery within the countries indicated. However, certain geographical areas, such as islands, remote regions, enclosed areas or locations that are difficult to access, may not be serviced or may require additional shipping fees. If an order is placed for an area that is not serviced or that involves significant additional shipping costs:

L’Officina reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, or To offer the Buyer an alternative shipping method that involves additional charges.

The order will only be dispatched after the Buyer has expressly accepted and paid any additional shipping costs.

Delivery Addresses

The Seller does not ship orders to hotels, PO boxes, freight forwarders, reshipment services, or any similar third-party address (including, but not limited to, ColisExpat, CXP, and comparable parcel-redirect providers). Any order submitted with such an address may be cancelled by the Seller at its sole discretion, without the Buyer being entitled to any compensation.

In the territories listed above outside the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed for so long as customs formalities and duties have not been carried out or paid by you, and you agree to this.

To ensure the lead times can be met, you should check that you have provided complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (such as, inter alia, road number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or interphone numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or re-shipments.

Mentioned lead times are indicative of the average time to process order and to delivery it. L'Officina would not be held responsible for a delayed delivery due to external causes.

The delivery date time is shown for informational purposes only. We have no control over any delays that may occur on the carrier's side. 

Deliveries to Pickup Point: If the parcel cannot be delivered to the designated Pickup Point, Mondial Relay may deliver it to a nearby available Pickup Point and will notify the recipient.

Chronopost: If you are unavailable when Chronopost attempts delivery at your address, Chronopost may deliver your parcel to a Pick Up Point location near your home.

For orders with free shipping, the actual initial shipping costs will be applied and deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed via the payment method you used (PayPal or credit card) within a maximum of 30 days.

Paris, Click and Collect – Order Pickup in Paris 9th (Metro Cadet): As soon as your order is available at our pickup point, you will receive an email with all the necessary information to collect your package (exact address, opening hours, procedures, etc.). The pickup period is 7 days. If your order is not collected within the allotted time, a handling fee of €3 will be charged.


RETURNS

The shipping costs for return are in charge of the customer.

Customers have a right of cancellation, without having to indicate the reasons for such cancellation, within a cooling-off period of 14 clear days from receipt of the products ordered. Customers are responsible for the cost and the safe return. Products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original, sealed packaging. The items may not have been used and must be in mint condition, unopened, not used, not damaged, not tested.
