How to Use Bloc Hyalin

Before each use, moisten the alum stone with water. After use, rinse it and allow it to dry thoroughly. Avoid leaving the stone in prolonged contact with water to help preserve it.

When properly cared for and kept dry between uses, Bloc Hyalin can last for years. Store it in its Féret Parfumeur metal case or on a suitable soap dish.

Multiple Uses for Your Alum Stone

As a natural deodorant: apply the moistened stone to clean, damp skin. It leaves an invisible mineral film that helps limit the development of odour-causing bacteria. Completely fragrance-free, Bloc Hyalin helps control body odour without masking it with perfume or leaving marks on clothing.

After shaving: glide the moistened stone gently over the skin after shaving. Its astringent properties make it a traditional choice for post-shave care, helping to soothe the feeling of irritation. It may also help stop minor bleeding caused by small shaving nicks.

After waxing or hair removal: apply gently to the desired area to benefit from the stone’s astringent properties. It is traditionally used to help soothe skin after hair removal. Regular use is also recommended by the manufacturer to help reduce the appearance of ingrown hairs.

For hands and feet: Bloc Hyalin can also be applied to clean, damp palms and feet prone to perspiration, helping to control unwanted odours.

Care and Storage

Alum stone is a mineral material that can break if dropped. Rinse after use and let it dry completely before storing. Keep it in its protective metal case or on a suitable soap dish, away from prolonged contact with water.
