Humble natural toothpaste consists of only the mere necessities when it comes to ingredients. The Swedish brand the Humble Co. has removed all of the dyes, preservatives, microbes and other nasties and remaining is nothing but finest natural ingredients.
The toothpaste functions just as well as regular toothpaste, with the added benefit that it’s made from natural ingredients only and comes in a glass jar.

How to
Use the included bamboo spatula to tenderly mix. Place a minor scoop onto your favorite toothbrush and brush as usual.
To brush your teeth correctly, spend at least two minutes using a recommended technique, which includes 30 seconds brushing each section of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right and lower left), both morning and night.
